Private events: At Chantilly Tea Room, we accommodate up to 20 guests. Our tea room can be reserved for 3 hours for $200.00 with a minimum of 15 guests. Room rental fee is required to reserve the date for your special day. This fee can be paid in person or over the phone with our party booking specialist.
The rental fee is 50% refundable
